The Popular Show Campaign 4 Reveals the Warriors Party

From the very beginning of Campaign 4, recently appointed game master the talented storyteller has kept fans guessing with deep backstory, a colorful mix of heroes, and a exciting storyline including celestial beings, fiends, and malevolent powers growing in power within the urban setting.

Warning: Key plot points for the third episode of this adventure are included.

The Warrior Group Revealed

The third episode concluded with a major cliffhanger and revealed the premier party of adventurers who will separate from the central cast to embark on their own adventure, apart from the other two tables.

The combat-focused team features Teor Pridesire (brought to life by the voice actor), the nimble rogue (Laura Bailey), the fierce warrior (Whitney Moore), Wicander Halovar (Sam), and Kattigan Vale (the actor).

Dividing the Cast

Given a large ensemble, it was evident from the outset that maintaining everyone at a single group would be impossible.

This explains, the initial installments of this story serve as an Overture, weaving together the personal journeys before branching into three separate parties: Fighters, Planners, and Seekers.

The Nature of the Soldiers Table

Per the DM, the Soldiers table is for participants who prefer a typically action-packed combat and conflict-driven story mode where non-violent answers are scarce.

Initially, characters like the squeamish cleric Wicander Halovar might appear mismatched, but the events of the third episode show why these particular heroes are perfectly fit for the Soldiers table.

Reasons to Leave

To begin with, the party understands precisely where to go next after a brutal initial meeting with the enemy group.

A former ally of the deceased character—whose passing initiated the narrative’s action—exploited the foes for his own means, invading Thjazi’s hideout, assaulting Thimble, and taking all the magical artifacts to dispose of.

Casimir then paid off his debts and escaped to a fortified location in Gormalay, Timmony, beyond the urban center, with Cyd close behind.

Individual Reasons

Secondly, each adventurer has a specific drive to exit Dol-Makjar:

  • The rogue, as the close ally and best friend, desires retribution.
  • The knowledgeable figure has experience in the northern area and warns that it is a nasty location.
  • Tyranny and The healer, having defied his family’s wishes to kill the target and instead saved him, have no safe haven.
  • However, their status as key figures in House Halovar could enable the group enter areas they typically wouldn’t be able to.
  • Moreover, Teor swore a eternal obligation to The cleric for his deliverance and will now follow him anywhere.

Pursued by Authorities

In addition, all of them are wanted by the powers that rule the city for a variety of reasons, making remaining behind no longer safe:

  • The rogue and Kattigan are notorious outlaws.
  • Tyranny and The healer betrayed House Halovar and the legion of demons they are partnered with.
  • Teor is targeted for elimination by House Halovar.

This means them few options but to head to Timmony in search of the traitor.

What’s Next?

From episode three’s Cooldown, we discover that the Soldiers table will be absent next week, leaving the other eight cast members to assemble the Explorers and Planners parties.

Audiences can look forward to learning which characters will be assigned to which table in the story’s concluding setup installment, available to watch on October 24.
